Show an image with achievement encounter locations for a selected zone

Description
When using the /encounter Command, you are prompted to select a zone. After selecting a zone and pressing enter the Bot will then show you an image of the zone with all the possible spawning locations for Random World Encounters (Crime Pays, Give to the Poor, Lightbringer) marked on it.

Remarks
The Image can be clicked on to show a bigger version of it. When clicking on the image there is an option shown below the image called Open original which can be clicked to view the full sized image with a lot more detail.
