Show an image with achievement encounter locations for a selected zone

/encounter
When using the /encounter command, you are prompted to select a zone. After selecting a zone and pressing enter, the bot will display an image of the zone with all possible spawning locations for Random World Encounters (Crime Pays, Give to the Poor, Lightbringer) marked on it.
Click on the image to view a larger version. Below the image, you will see the Open original option, which allows you to view the full-sized image with more detail.
