Setup an event roster and let users sign up for it

/event
Description
When using the /event command, you'll be asked several questions about your setup. After answering, the command will be sent, and the Bot will display an embed message with your provided information. Buttons will appear below the message allowing users to sign up or sign off from the event.
You may also add extra details about the event. If you choose the thread option, the bot will automatically create a thread for the event below the message to keep your channels organized.

Remarks
You do not have to provide values for: note and thread as they are optional inputs. For Date and Time, you can input any format that works best for you (e.g., Today, Tomorrow, 03/07, 01.12.).
Discord limits event participants to 20, but you can create multiple events to accommodate more people.
